About The Job
We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven Cold Outreach & Sales Associate to become the first member of our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys connecting with potential clients, and wants to directly impact revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and text messaging
Identify and engage potential clients across multiple industries
Qualify leads and schedule closing calls with the founder
Maintain organized records of outreach and lead progress
Continuously refine outreach strategies based on results
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in sales or cold outreach
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Target Markets:
E-commerce stores
Blogs & content businesses
Business websites
Local businesses (primarily US & Canada)
Industries include: consulting, speaking, medical/therapy, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and more.
